Green Chutney Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cup mint leaves
1 cup coriander leaves
2 green chilies
Ginger (chopped)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Chat masala (for taste)
Salt as per taste
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a grinder and blend it to a fine paste.
You can add 2-3 tbsp of water to make a smooth paste.
Transfer it to a bowl and serve it, and use it as required with Parathas, Thalipeeth or any type of bread.
You can keep it refrigerated for maximum 2-3 days. Chutney will lose its freshness afterward.
